Role Overview


Lead forensic investigations, ensure recent global technology and skill for the department, assist all investigations of Ethics and Compliance that is relevant with forensic investigation, audit and Analysis. Full integration with proactive controls, whistle blowing mechanism and reactive controls. Deliver relevant results in given responsibilities.
Job Responsibility

Knowledge on fundamentals of Digital Forensic: Readiness, Acquisition, Analysis, Review and reporting
Firm working knowledge on Digital environments: Operating Systems, Database, Servers, Network, Ethernet, TCP/IP, Internet, Wireless Forensics, Mobile Device – Identification Phase, Preparation Phase, Isolation Phase, Processing Phase, Verification Phase
Usage of Forensic tools: Proficiency in Licensed Digital Forensic Tools, General Public Licensed (open source) Tools

Lead & own Digital Forensics investigation and relevant domestic enquiry for the company
Lead and own IT Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Risk Assessment. Identify risk prone areas and ensure mitigating controls through users
Work with IT department of the company and assess the security aspects of overall IT structure in line with previous E&C incidents
Besides forensic investigation also conduct IT system based investigation
Have full grip over E&C Hotline case landing and alignment. Accurate and fastest take-over of forensic cases and align other parties of E&C
Arrange training for other employees of E&C and GP on fundamentals of forensic investigations
Keep full alignment with Telenor BUs on digital forensic best practice and recent development


Education and Experience requirements


Graduate and post graduate in IT
Any  digital forensic academic certification/projects/training/assignment will be preferred highly

Qualification and Experience:

6 to 10 years experiences in IT
5 to 6 years digital forensic and relevant areas
Digital and digital forensic case handling experience
Corporate digital forensic case management experience
Internal Audit, Internal Control, Ethics & Compliance experience in IT environment
Litigations expertise in Bangladesh legal system in IT environment
Successful handling of complex situations it IT area and come out with a balanced way-out

Ability to analyze digital data and think outside of the box as an investigator to find exceptions
Patience and long hours analysis capability to meet urgency of case
Conducting interviews and taking statements in relation to computer evidence
Effective report preparation encapsulating evidence and findings
Work in collaboration with different area experts to reach investigation objective
